In this course you will learn different types of evaluation, the different evaluation methods, writing strong questions, and how to determine what to evaluate. Then with your colleagues, we’ll work on your materials for discussion and feedback. Bring: your volunteer evaluation plan (or a list of ideas that you want to include) and ONE aspect of a project that you would like to discuss. Know how to
evaluate the infrastructure of the volunteer program.

use the volunteer program results throughout the
community.
Cost: $99 for nonmembers, $79 for members. Step
