Description: Learn how to enhance your organization’s volunteer recruitment efforts using Metro Volunteers’ technologies, programs and services. Metro Volunteers is the expert resource on volunteering in the metro area. We want to help you in strengthening your volunteer program!

This informative session will give you hands-on training in utilizing our on-line volunteer database (Hands On Technology). You will learn how to create and post volunteer opportunities, and respond to and manage the volunteers that are interested in your opportunities.

You will also learn how to increase volunteer engagement with your agency through Metro Volunteers’ Employee Volunteer Program, and Board Leadership Connection and Volunteer Recruitment Events. We will also provide you with information about how to be included in our printed Volunteer Guides and how to further develop your skills through our Training Programs.
