Metro Volunteers feels that board leadership is a critical success factor for organizations seeking to maximize their impact.  We serve nonprofit agencies in the community who want to increase their board capacity. We are also able to tailor training services to enhance & develop existing nonprofit boards

As a Board Leadership Connection member Agency you will:
        - Create your agency profile on the online matching service
        - Meet with a Metro Volunteers Agency Development Coordinator to assess your
          needs and discuss the Board Leadership Connection process
        - Have the opportunity to search for and connect with potential candidates to fill
          your open board positions
        - Have the ability for your agency profile to be accessed by trained candidates
          looking for board service opportunities
        - Be invited to attend events designed for one-on-one candidate/agency interaction
