Project Leadership Program (PLP) Operations Team - Overview
Volunteers serving on the Project Leadership Program (PLP) Operations Team will combine their love of volunteering with their leadership skills to develop, manage, organize and carry out program elements under the direction of the staff liaison and Volunteer Engagement Director. The goal of this team is to function as a whole to sustain all aspects of the Project Leadership Program that pertain to the recruitment, training and support of trained and certified Project Leaders. The Operations Team allows for communication and coordination between the PLP Task Teams.

Trainer/Public Speaker – Combine your love of training with your passion to volunteer.
Metro Volunteers is looking for individuals who would like to share their training skills to build volunteer capacity in the Denver Metro area. Currently, we are looking for individuals to teach our Evaluating Volunteer Programs and the Engaging Volunteers with Disabilities classes that have some experience in the areas. You will be asked to have a short, informal interview to determine placement, and then we will schedule you to take our Train the Trainer class.  Click here to read the full position description.

Customer Services Specialist
As a Customer Services Specialist you will help provide high quality customer service by responding to telephone inquiries, customer requests and problems. In this volunteer role, you will be able to work closely with many interesting volunteers and community members.
